1. Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that any content hosted on PornHat infringes your copyrights, you may file a formal notification. To ensure your notice is legally actionable, it must contain the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., links to your original work).
- Identification of the infringing material on PornHat, including specific URLs.
- Your full legal name, physical address, email address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Grievance Redressal - India Compliance

Under Indian regulations, complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and resolved or disposed of within 15 days. Takedown requests for sexually explicit content or non-consensual imagery will be processed within 24 hours.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error or due to a misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing your name, address, phone number, the removed URL, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court (or courts in Mumbai, India for Indian accounts), and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed as a result of mistake. Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
